The ideal candidate:

• Licensed conveyancer, with 2-3 years experience.
• Be highly autonomous and can hit the ground running.
• Adept with PEXA (essential).
• Strong customer service ethic and outcomes focus.
• Accuracy & attention to detail.
• Experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Can prioritise work and manage clients’ expectations.
• Drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with LEAP will be advantageous, but is not essential.
